Endymion Struijs

Endymion is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-NL / RA) and IT auditor.
He founded ENDYMION Amsterdam in 2015 and is currently boardmember and partner.

Endymion’s former and current (audit) client portfolio includes FinTech, Investment Management, Equity Capital Market (ECM) listed entities, Venture Capital funds and VC backed companies.

His expertise includes: ISA/NL-GAAS, NL GAAP/Section 9 Book 2 NCC, IFRS, ISAE 3402, Internal Audit and IT Audit.

Endymion is also co-founder and chairman of STUDIOAMS (Stichting STUDIOAMS), Lecturer at Permanente Educatie Amsterdam and board member of the Royal NBA’s Faculty Ethics Culture Behaviorism.

Judith Groen

Judith is a finance professional and partner of ENDYMION Amsterdam. She has an academic background in Economics and is experienced in audit, controlling and the compilation of financial statements.

Judith’s past and current clients include FinTech, Retail, Venture Capital backed companies and investment funds.

Apart from working in the financial field, Judith has always been active in editing, translating and PR, focussing on Investor Relations for her clients.

Bastiaan Cusell

Bastiaan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-NL/RA) and partner of ENDYMION Amsterdam. He holds an MSc in Accounting & Control.

Bastiaan was and is involved in several audits and related advisory engagements mainly for Investment Management, Insurance, Real Estate, Pension Funds, Alternative Investments funds, Pension Funds, Hospitality and Private Equity backed companies.
He also has experience in a corporate finance and financial control role at a Private Equity backed company.

Bastiaan’s expertise base further covers IFRS, NL GAAP/Section 9 Book 2 NCC, AIFMD, WFT and ISAE 3402.

Erwin Jovanovic

Erwin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-NL / RA) and partner of ENDYMION Amsterdam. With a background in external auditing of Financial Institutions Erwin is now assisting and advising Banks, Insurance companies, Investment managers and Private Equity investors with implementing and improving their Internal Control Framework.

His expertise includes Data- and Model Risk Management, Solvency 2 and Internal Audit.

Pim Hulsbosch

Pim is a chartered accountant and partner at ENDYMION Amsterdam. He has a Master in Finance. Pim has worked in audit and consulting in both Amsterdam and Singapore. His focus was on financial institutions.

Pim’s expertise lies in the field of NL GAAP / Title 9 Book 2 BW, IFRS, Internal Control and banking supervision (prudential and resolution).

His former and current (audit) client portfolio includes banks, Investment Management, Alternative Investments funds, real estate and Private Equity funds.

Rocco Wammes

Rocco is a chartered accountant and partner at ENDYMION Amsterdam. Rocco has more than twenty years of experience in audit and advisory projects at financial institutions.

His expertise is in the field of performance improvement, risk management, and change processes within the financial function.

His former and current (audit) client portfolio includes (health) insurers, banks, pension funds and listed corporates.

Ron Moeliker

Arvid Steensma

Arvid Steensma is a chartered accountant, holds a masters degree in tax law and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. He has over 20 years of experience as a financial auditor, internal auditor, risk manager and as a consultant, most of which in the financial services industry including banking, insurance and investment management. His internal audit experience is extensive, with a focus on wholesale (corporate and institutional) banking as well as financial markets back-office, operations, custody and clearing processes, all in an highly international context.

Erik Rietdijk

Erik is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-NL/RA) and partner of ENDYMION Amsterdam. He holds an MSc in Accounting and Control.

Erik was involved in a variety of audits and assurance engagements, primarily within the Financial Services domain and among others relating to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Management, Real Estate and a different types of fund structures. More recently Erik has developed a focus on FINTECH companies and has experience with crypto companies.

Erik’s expertise further covers IFRS, NL GAAP/Section 9 of Book 2 NCC, WFT, and ISAE 3402.

Thomas Dijkman

Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-NL/RA) and partner at ENDYMION Amsterdam. Thomas holds a MSc in Business Administration, specialisation Strategy & Organisation. Thomas has more than 10 years of experience in audit and audit advisory project at financial institutions, specifically focusing on banks and investment managers. His experience on advisory projects mainly relate to reporting questions and IFRS-compliance.

Thomas’ expertise covers IFRS (as adopted by the EU), NL GAAP/Section 9 of Book 2 NCC, ISA, PCAOB, Wft, financial instruments and Basel reporting.”

Ronald van der Wal

Ronald is a trusted advisor and experienced auditor in the field of IT, integrity and risk management.

His previous and current client portfolio consists of a wide variety of traditional financial institutions (Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Pension, Asset Management, Real Estate, Investment Management) as FinTech and other start-ups.

The expertise of Ronald consists of a full package for internal control; including corporate governance, risk management, and internal audit.

Edyta Kowalczyk

Edyta is used to project-based and Agile working, at the intersection of (master) data management business and IT. She is a certified scrum master and product owner, can lead teams and is an expert in data management including data quality control framework, project mining and financial and risk processes and related architecture, accountancy, financial reporting, Accounting Information System (BIV/AO), IFRS and SOX.

Akexander Kuiper

Alexander is a chartered accountant. Alexander has 12 years of BIG 4 audit experience. His clients included various national and international software & services companies. He was manager of external audit teams and responsible for conducting audits and preparing audit reports to management. He has also gained experience in conducting group audits, identifying and testing internal controls.
He then held various financial positions at TomTom, Travelex and FrieslandCampina, among others, in the field of financial and business control, managing teams and being a member of a management team.

Robert Koopmans

Robert is a chartered accountant. Robert has twelve years of Big 4 experience in audit and risk advisory. His clients included various payment service providers and large financial institutions. He was a manager of external audit teams and responsible for the accurate and timely performance of audits and the preparation of audit reports to management. He has experience in auditing processes such as customer onboarding, KYC, payments and PSD2. He also has extensive experience in conducting group audits, identifying and testing internal controls, analyzing (gaps in) ISAE 3402 reports and working with internal auditors at financial institutions.
